Lions Club pavilion taking massive shape

The Lions Club is building a massive timber pavilion on the southeast corner of Riverside Park.  Rob Johnson, chairman of the committee in charge of the structure, said the club plans to offically open the pavilion to the public during the Scarecrow Festival.
