Big Bengal weekend

FORT KENT - The UMFK men's and women's basketball teams will host SUNY Canton this Saturday Jan. 21 in a double-header.

The women will play first at 1 p.m., followed by the men's game at 3 p.m. The Lady Bengals (3-11) have won two straight games while the men's team (12-6) enters Saturday's game having won four straight and eight of their last nine.

The teams will host a youth basketball clinic, Bengal Basketball Cubs, from 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. on Saturday morning Jan. 21 for players in grades pre-k to grade three. For more information, please contact Eric Werntgen at 834-7828 or via e-mail to werntgen@maine.edu.
