FORT KENT - On Friday, March 2 at 4:30 p.m., Larry Nadeau, 41, was driving down Market Street in front of Jim's Hats and Signs when a woman ran out into the road with two pit-bulls in pursuit.
According to Fort Kent Police Officer Dalen Boucher, the woman was University of Maine at Fort Kent student Kimberley Reardon, and she had been walking her small dog. It was cold, so she picked the dog up, and that was when two large pit bulls ran up to her and began attacking Reardon and her pet.
