Ethics Commission sets hearing date regarding Nadeau campaign

The Maine Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices has scheduled a hearing to investigate matters raised in a complaint by the Maine Democratic Party concerning spending by L. Philip Soucy and others under the name of Citizens for Effective Government to promote Michael Nadeau, candidate for Maine House of Representative, District 1. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 19. 2012 at 9 a.m. At the Commission's office at 45 Memorial Circle, 2nd floor in Augusta, ME.
